1) New commercial projects’ management contract 2) Contracts, where after signing, Project Director start managing in order to increase the efficiency of the enterprise. Thus, in the situation of quickly developing market, it is of paramount importance to use the service of performers through outsourcing. Another words, the company-customer orders the changes in itself by means of outsourcing. The most important moment in the process of contract preparation is the definition of the subject of the contract (answering the question “What do I want from the performer?”).
